River Trips:

The more people that own and use their own gear the more people we can take out, so if you have any of the following gear bring it along for you to use - and if you haven't go out and buy some!!:

...Kayak!
Paddle (remeber if your left handed ask for a left handed one)
Helmet
Buoyancy Aid

Cag/light water and windproof top

And/or wetsuit

Then some warm light clothes to go under your cag, e.g.  leggings, t-shirt, jumper  thats not heavy when wet.  Wetsuit if you have one.  No Jeans or woolens.  Old trainers or wetsuit boots.

Bring warm clothes to get changed into afterwards and some snacks, hot drink etc.  DONT FORGET YOUR:  Towel
and some money for beer on the way home!
