Pool
(Basically what you would normally take if you were going swimming)
Essential
Swimwear Towel

Rash vest or synthetic top
River Trips
Buoyancy aids and helmets will be issued when we go on river trips. If you have your own, you are welcome to use them instead.
Essential
Wearing many thin layers is better than wearing few thick layers. DO NOT WEAR COTTON. Synthetic materials are lightwieght, insultating and dry off quickly. Cotton has none of those properties. Trust me, cotton sucks for watersports.
