This season promises to be one of the best seasons of recent time with the skill level high and the social side fun time. We play and train hard and when the time is right we party just as hard!! Choose a club and a game that is fast, friendly and fun! You don't have to play if you just want to join in the fun. We have social memberships as well as full playing memeberships.

Perhaps one of the most successful mixed clubs in the Athletic Union, the Hockey Club has a long history of being (or at least trying to be) the very best.

In previous years, the men's and women's teams have achieved great results in the BUSA league, and in the 2004/2005 season we were very successful, with the men’s 1st's winning the league, BUSA Plate Gold and becoming MMU AU Team of the Year. The Ladies 1st team gained promotion in 2005 and both the Men’s and Ladies 2nd teams doing really well in their leagues. In 2007/2008 The men’s second team narrowly missed out on promotion with the whole season being epitomised with a 5-5 draw away against the old enemy SALFORD!!

The hockey team is also always involved in student tours and tournaments, including the Isle of Man, Holland, Spain and Italy. We have also appointed for the season 2008/2009 a social secretary to organise all of our social nights out!
