Roleplay is the art of adventuring, spying, action, treasure and epic tales. We do all this, and more with the use of BIG COMEDY BOMBS!
Role-playing games include the likes of Dungeons and Dragons, which I am sure you have all heard of (or at least seen the cartoon or played Baldur's Gate on the PC). A cross between improvised acting and a board game, this
society is the one that allows you to become your favourite movie hero / heroine with other people.
So if you want to play anything from Captain Jack Sparrow to Buffy the vampire slayer, this is probably your bag!
Common games are Vampire: The Masquerade, Deadlands, Dungeons and Dragons, Ars Magica, Werewolf, 7th Sea and Star Wars.
We also run our very own Live Action Roleplay "pretenders" Where you get the chance to bring your characters to life.
Every year we field an excellent team to the Student National Roleplaying Championships, a weekend of Roleplay, Booze and Sillyness, Manchester has always been a big part of it, and you can join in a be a part of the team.
We also have board games and card games that nobody else plays, like Settlers of Catan, Lunch Money and Chez Geek. Come join the fun!
