SU/Au Awards 2007/2008
The annual SU/AU Awards were held on Friday 16th May at Bank Corner. The evening was hosted by Kevin Atkinson, VP Cheshire, and Matt "Shorty" Short, Student Activities Officer, as well as contributions from Lauren Worthington (Athletic Union Chair), Janet Reid (Athletic Union Deputy Chair), Nicola Jeffries (Student Activities Officer Elect), Lisa McIvor (Union Groups Officer Elect), Rachael Masterman (Campaigns Officer Elect) & Leanne Ca in attendance were members of University Staff past and present as well as previous Deans of Faculty and honorary members of the Athletic Union.
The purpose of the evening is to recognise and celebrate the achievements of Students' not only involved in the Athletic Union but also various Student Union and other volunteering opportuinites.
