About Us

 
For over 15 years we have provided advice and support for students at MMU.

The Advice Centre offers a free, independent and impartial service on all the main issues that may affect students at MMU. We aim to ensure your time university is not lessened through a lack of support or knowledge of your rights.

We are a specialist unit with a team of seven advisers and a receptionist. We can provide advice on a wide variety of issues and can also represent you at university meetings and hearings.

We have several core principles that form the backbone of all our advice work.

Our main office is on the third floor of the Students' Union building on Oxford Road in Manchester. We also offer appointments at Crewe, Didsbury, Gaskell and Hollings so all our students are able to access our service easily.
