My wallet was stolen with my Student ID Card.

If your wallet, purse, handbag or anything else was stolen it is important that you report it to the police. There is a University Police Liasion Officer you can go to, or go direct to your local police station. They should give you a crime reference number. You will need this if you need to claim on any insurance. You should also inform banks and your phone operator of any cards or phones which have been stolen to enable them to cancel them and issue new ones as appropriate. Your Student ID Card can be replaced by your faculty office and may cost you £5.
