All of our Advice Centre staff are only too happy to help with any problems you might be facing as part of student life or otherwise.

Summer Opening

The Advice Centre will be open as normal at Manchester over the summer period. This means that our normal mixture of appointments, drop in, phone and email services will be available as described below. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer regular services at other campuses. Students at other campuses are welcome to visit our Oxford Road office and use our phone and email service. An ad hoc service may be available at Crewe throughout the summer depending on need so please do speak to our reception about this.

 

Drop-in - Manchester only

Drop into our office on the 3rd floor of the students' union building on Oxford Road, Manchester between 1pm and 4pm on Wednesdays and Fridays for our drop-in service. 

Appointments - all campuses

You can make an appointment to see an advisor in our main Manchester office anytime except on Tuesdays when the Advice Centre is closed. We offer some appointments for future days, but always reserve some to be able to offer on the day.

During term-time, we also offer the following services:- 

Crewe	Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday afternoons
Didsbury	Mondays
Elizabeth Gaskell	Wednesday mornings
Hollings	Wednesday mornings

Telephone service

If you can't get to one of our locations for a face to face appointment, then you can speak to an advisor by 'phone on 0161 247 6533.

We offer our 'phone service every day between 10 and 12.

Normal opening hours - Manchester office

Our main office is open from 9:30 until 4 every day except Tuesday.
