This will give you the opportunity to help shape the university experiences of more than 8,000 fresher&#39;s, and be paid to do so!</p> <p> Help to make one of the biggest and most memorable weeks of a student&rsquo;s life brilliant, by being on hand to motivate as well as guide all new MMU students.</p> <p> You will be part of a key team that help move students into new halls of residence over the weekend of 15th/16th September 2012, and meet new people, work hard, and have lots of fun along the way!</p> <p> Working as part of a team you will encourage new students to make the most out of their first week of University by getting them involved in events and activities taking place and helping to make their first impression of MMU an amazing one. You may also:<br /> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> Be the first point of contact for any questions about uni and the union</li> <li> Co-ordinate and help organise and deliver welcome week events and activities</li> <li> Help run the fresher&#39;s fair</li> <li> Help promote the welcome week programme</li> <li> Help new students move into halls and give them any help and advice they need</li> </ul> <p> Reps need to have an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
