Manchester Student Homes is owned and run by your University, and exists to help you find safe, secure, good quality rented accommodation.
We release our list of homes for the 2010/11 academic year on 1st February 2010. This is by agreement with the universities and students’ unions, to give you chance to finish your exams before you start househunting and to give current tenants time to finish theirs without the distraction of viewings.
We list hundreds of properties in the most popular student areas, in a range of sizes, including large properties. All landlords who advertise with us commit to our Code of Standards, and if you rent from one of our landlords there is much more we can do to help you if you ever have a problem. We can also check your
contract before you sign it, whether or not you rent through us.
All of our services are free to students.
