AFRO-CARIBBEAN

We want to provide students with an insight to the historical and contemporary practices of our heritage such as cultural dancing, music, background and so forth to offer a deeper understanding of where we come from and what we do.

The society will host a number of event such as themed parties, seminars, variety shows which will include fashion and talent shows.

MMU Cheshire’s ACS will also join forces with other Manchester ACS's where we will be involved in fairs and bazaars where student can congregate and watch artists perform, taste and buy international dishes, buy clothing and accessories, and also get their hair braided.
