    This year’s British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) conference will be sponsored by Star Trac, a leader in the development of advanced fitness equipment.

    The company will be supporting the three day event, which is taking place at The University of Exeter between the 10th to the 12th July, as part of its commitment to helping more people mould lifelong health and fitness habits.

    BUCS are delighted to announce that BUCS Awards Dinner 2012 will be hosted by Olympic Medallist and BBC Olympic Swimming Correspondent Steve Parry. Parry will be joined by 2003 World Cup Winner, British Lion and former England Rugby Captain Lewis Moody for the after dinner speech and presentations of BUCS Awards.

    BUCS is keen to support the higher education sector to secure some of the Sport England disability themed funding, so is hosting its first ever Disability Themed Funding Consultation Workshop on 28th June at the Vaughan Parry Williams Pavilion at the University of Nottingham.  The workshop is free and open to all members.
