Both teams train together twice a week for an hour and a half;
Monday 5.15-7 in Alsager on the southfields pitch
Thursday 4.45-6.30 in Crewe on the 3g pitch.
For those players who cannot make either of the training sessions due to lectures or for good reason, there is a session on a tuesday evening in the Needham Arena Sportshall in the ESS building at 4.45-6.30. It is compulsory for those who cannot attend either of the other sessions, however everyone else is welcome to come along.
If you cannot attend a training session you must inform either Aimee Billham or one of the captains DIRECTLY in plenty of time. No passing on messages through other players.
