FEEDBACK FORM - This form is for feedback, comments and suggestions relating to student activities. 

We are always interested in your comments on the student activities department and will look at all feed back that is received.  We will respond to areas of feedback if contact details are given directly to individuals, clubs or societies.
 
You can also use this form to lets us know about any interests and talents you have that we don't currently cater for.  We'll use this information to try and get you together with like-minded students or get you involved with individual sport and activities at University!
 
Please include any feedback you would like to make on the form below which can be submitted electronically or, if you prefer, it can be printed out and handed in at the Student activities centre in Manchester or Cheshire or you can send an e-mail to phil.kynaston@mmu.ac.uk with the subject header ‘feedback’.
