people & planet is one of mmunion’s most active student societies. its members work closely with staff and officers at both the university and students’ union to bring about changes that have a real positive impact on the environment and our community.
it's part of a national organisation too so through this society you can meet new people from across the country with similar interests.
there are a number of ways to get involved in people and planet from organising events to running campaigns, volunteering in your local community to designing posters.
come along to our first meeting on our first meeting on wednesday 28th september on 3rd floor of mmunion to find out more. its very informal - just a chance for everyone to get together and have a chat about what they are interested in, meet like-minded people and discuss how we can make a difference in our community.
