Philosophy society

The Philosophy Society normally meets every Friday at 4pm in the Met. Student Union bar. (obviously we do not meet in reading weeks and only in term time.)

Here at the Philosophy Society we know we do enough formal philosophy so we do not prescribe any extra reading or research for our meetings. We like to come down and just enjoy a nice beverage with a philosophical slant to our conversation.

Everything about the club is free. Feel free to come and down and meet us one friday.

We also have close links with the MMU Philosophy Co-operative which gives presentations. Members are more than welcome to present a paper through the Co-op or attend their discussions.
