Ten Pin Bowling

 

Welcome to the MMU Tenpin Bowling Club

 

• We meet every Wednesday outside the MMU Student union at 1.30pm

• £5 a week for 3 games (much cheaper than anywhere else)

 

- FREE BOWLING - Wednesday 29th September

 

• We bowl at Stockport Bowling alley at 3pm which is easily accessible from Manchester Oxford Road station, (£2 return with YP railcard) the Alley is directly opposite the station

• Once the term gets going we will be looking to start a league every week in teams of either 3 or 4 (dependant on numbers) which will also compete against teams from the University of Manchester

• The club provides a friendly sociable atmosphere for students and caters for all abilities with one of the best levelling systems in any sports via the use of handicaps • For those of you that are more of the competitive type, we also enter in national tournaments competing against other universities in various formats throughout the year

• We also co-run a national tournament with the University of Manchester at Macclesfield in March, we will get additional entries to this tournament so it’s a real chance to show off the strength of the club!
